LINE-X OPENS IN BELFAST

LINE-X Protective Coating Ltd is please to announce the opening of the first LINE-X dealer in Northern Ireland.

Colin McAfee and his sons Andrew and Steven will trade as Line-X (Belfast) Ltd and will be strategically located on the Kennedy Way Industrial Estate in Belfast.

When asked for his reasons in joining the fast expanding LINE-X network, Colin had this to say:

“For the last 25 years, I have been the managing director of a company involved in the manufacturing and supply of specialist packaging products to the Aerospace, Defence, Electronic and Computer Industries, whilst this has been a fantastic career for me, I have felt that a change of focus would be good for me.”

“About 8 months ago at a Defence exhibition in London, I discovered a product under the brand name of LINE-X Protective Coatings, I picked up some literature to bring home with me as I thought the product and applications were incredible and that somehow I could find a way to integrate the concept into some of our own product range.

When I looked at it closer, I was amazed by its strength and ease of application and how many sectors the product could be sold to. I now knew that this offered me an opportunity to consider starting a new business in Protective coatings.

Over the next few months, I decided to bench mark LINE-X against all other similar products available on the market, I contacted other spray coating companies and requested information packs. Having reviewed all available data, I was left with a very easy decision; I wanted to take on the LINE-X dealership for my area in Northern Ireland”

Colin then went on to say.

“I knew I was in a position to offer a product and service that outperformed everything else on the market today. I have always taken a pride in offering a quality product and an outstanding service, and LINE-X allows me to do this in my new business venture. I am delighted to be associated with the LINE-X brand and am looking forward to starting the business on 12 February 2007 with my two sons.

Our marketing program has been overwhelming, we are booked solid for our first couple of weeks and have already been approved as Spray bed lining contractor for a major Pickup company in Northern Ireland.”
